Last year, I made a post outlining what I believe are the enormous benefits of having a scout(s) that is fully devoted to the complexes and backfields in Arizona. Since there are 15 organizations with facilities in the Phoenix area, it allows an evaluator to get a lot of quality looks at players from half of the farm systems in MLB.

I wanted to follow up that by illustrating just how many future big leaguers come out of the Arizona Complex League by looking back at five recent seasons (2013-2017) to see which of the players eventually reached the Major League level. These lists omit players who appeared in the ACL for injury rehab purposes. The number in parentheses by each players name is the age they were during that season.
2013 | 42 |
2014 | 77 |
2015 | 71 |
2016 | 83 |
2017 | 56 |
Total Future Big Leaguers: | 329 (66/year) |
